WARRANTY POLICY
At Hijra Watches Sdn Bhd, we are committed to crafting premium timepieces that embody precision, quality, and timeless design. Every HIJRA watch comes with a limited warranty to ensure a confident and worry-free ownership experience.
1. Warranty Coverage
All HIJRA watches are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in the movement, hands, and dial
- Battery replacements within the first 6 months (if applicable)
- Issues occurring under normal usage based on our care guidelines
2. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Wear and tear (scratches, fading, discoloration)
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorised repairs
- Water damage outside of stated resistance levels
- Batteries after 6 months
- Failure to follow proper care instructions
3. How to Claim
To file a claim, please follow these steps:
- Email us at hijrawatchesmy@gmail.com with:
- Proof of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos of the defect
- Our team will evaluate and provide further instructions
- If approved, we’ll repair or replace your watch and return it to you at no extra cost
Note: Customers are responsible for shipping the product to us. HIJRA will cover the return shipment after service is completed.
4. Validity & Conditions
This warranty is valid only if:
- The watch is purchased from hijra.my or authorized HIJRA dealers
- The serial number is intact and untampered
5. Limitation of Liability
HIJRA’s liability is limited to repairing or replacing the product. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.
