RETURN & EXCHANGE
Your satisfaction is our priority. We ensure quality and support returns if you’re not fully satisfied.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- The request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- The item must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories (including box, manual, cloth, and paper bag).
- Only items purchased directly from hijra.my or our official sales channels are eligible.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Items returned after 7 days.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale campaigns.
- Custom-engraved or personalized items.
- Faults caused by mishandling, water damage (unless water-resistant), or battery leakage.
3. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:
- Email us at hijrawatchesmy@gmail.com or WhatsApp +60 19 799 7188 within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and relevant photos if applicable.
- Once approved, send the item back to our HQ address: Hijra Watches Sdn. Bhd. No 27, Jalan Batu Geliga 3, Taman Melewar, 68100 Gombak, Kuala Lumpur.
Notes: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless due to our error or a product defect.
4. REFUND POLICY
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
- If your order included a free gift, it must be returned as well. Otherwise, the retail value will be deducted from your refund.
5. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a wrong or damaged item:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Share clear photos and your order number.
- We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost.
6. WARRANTY CLAIMS
- All Hijra Watches come with a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects.
